Many of our clients, colleagues, and friends will have been on a coaching journey with our director Lara Squires a few years ago where she tried to make it more affordable and accessible to people to attend coaching sessions which were held at the fabulous Sussex County Cricket Club. But as with most events, there is always an element of cost that needs to be considered from hiring event space to travel expenses, and for smaller businesses, it can sometimes be challenging to build a business case for it.

Fast forward to March 2020 and we find ourselves in a global pandemic, working from home due to national lockdowns. Over the weeks and months, we adapt to a new way of work virtually, and despite having kids or pets photobombing us while we’re on Zoom calls, we get on with it.

The new normal

Virtual working has, of course, meant businesses have had to change the way they do things, from online client and team meetings, networking, training, team building events, etc. Legislation has even changed to allow for Wills to be signed online. In fact, according to The Economist, we have seen a “ten-year evolutionary leap” towards digital since the pandemic started.

The new way of virtual working has allowed us to develop a virtual marketing coaching programme that delivers maximum value at a minimum cost. No event hire costs, no travel expenses, simply great engagement and learning on a virtual platform. The programme is aimed at professional services firms or other businesses that don’t already have a marketing strategy in place. The objective is to empower you to develop your own marketing strategy.

Coaching options

We have two coaching options available, either one-on-one sessions that can be tailored and scheduled to your specific needs or a 1-hour group session per month over 6 months, to a timetabled agenda. Prices start from a little as £50 per person per session, but spaces are limited for our group coaching sessions that start on 27 January, so don’t miss out!
