Consortium Business Solutions invites all marketing professionals working for law and accountancy firms and other professional services businesses to attend our inaugural conference under the theme of ‘360 degrees’.
Sometimes we get so bogged down in the routine tasks of our jobs that we forget to consider the wider picture and look around us – and we mean properly look around us, in a 360 degree way. What view do our customers really have, at various touch points when dealing with our company? Looking at the whole customer journey, what turns them on and off?
Attend this half day conference to hear from our expert speakers on how your client’s 360 degree view can be improved
- Kim Tasso: Strategic Marketing and Business Development: Joining the Dots
- David Gilroy, Conscious Solutions: Building Relationships in a Digital World
- Jonathan Winchester, insight6: Client Experience (CX) as key brand differentiator
You will come away with useful pointers, ideas and a better idea of what your clients want!
