Terms and Conditions apply:
- The quoted costs exclude VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
- Reasonable travel expenses for any face to face meetings depending on/compliant with current social distancing guidance. Mileage is currently charged at £0.45 per mile.
- There will be an additional charge of £500 per category for same category submission to a different directory. For a new category into the same directory, the charge will be £900 per submission or £800 per submission for 5 or more.
The assumptions for completing submissions are detailed below:
Training Workshop:
- 3-hour workshop facilitated virtually by Clare Fanner or in your offices/at an off-site location when current government guidance allows.
- Up to 10 people can attend the workshop.
- The workshop covers: Reasons to make a legal directory submission, what the legal directories are looking for, the process from submissions to publications, best practice hints and tips, a handy checklist, and helpful links.
- A comprehensive training manual will be given to you electronically to enable easy sharing with the wider team.
Assisted support submission:
- 1 x briefing meeting (on-site or over the phone/virtually).
- We provide comprehensive guidance notes and templates.
- Client team to research categories, competitors.
- Client to draft submission including work highlights and referees (referring to guidance notes and templates).
- We will review the submission with comprehensive feedback and practical improvements.
- Client to make submission to the directory once the submission is finalised.
- Reasonable use: Ad hoc emails, calls, and support covering the above included in the fixed fee.
- If additional support is required to assist with the work highlights, this will be charged at the hourly rate.
Full submission:
- 1 x briefing meeting (virtually or over the phone).
- Fully research category for the selected directory.
- Present research findings in the form of a written summary report with recommendations.
- Produce first draft core submission (excluding work highlights and referees).
- Client to provide work highlights and referees (with guidance from us via the briefing meeting and research report).
- Virtual follow up meeting to discuss research and first draft submission and to agree on the work highlights to include (provided by client).
- Refine submission, include work highlights, and send to client for approval.
- Client to make submission to the directory once the submission is finalised.
- Reasonable use: Ad hoc emails, calls, and support covering the above included in the fixed fee.
- Extra briefing meetings will be charged at a rate of £80-110 per hour (to be agreed in advance, this is dependent on virtual/on-site or off-site meetings).
- If additional support is required to assist with the work highlights, this will be charged at the hourly rate.
