Why good visuals matter – Content Ideas
No one can deny the impact that social media has had on the promotional world. But as with all other forms of marketing the need to stand out amongst the crowd has become ever more difficult. The volume of content that passes through our devices is immense and only the most engaging and visually exciting posts are going to get our audiences’ attention (and these will only manage to grab it fleetingly).
Content with relevant images get 94% more views than content without, that equates to almost double the number of views. Buffer states that Tweets with images receive 150% more retweets. The reason being, people are wired to take in visual content faster and more effectively than words. In the fast based world of SM, when the average life of a tweet is just 18 minutes, speed counts and your messages are decoded quicker by your audience when presented visually.

Don’t make it all about you
