Marketing Account Manager
The Marketing Account Manager oversees day-to-day delivery across assigned client accounts, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard. As the primary client contact, they brief internal teams, monitor progress, manage communications, and track commercial performance. They are accountable for delivering scoped revenue, supporting upsell opportunities, and maintaining profitability by keeping activity within agreed hours and budgets.
The role demands exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive, delivery-focused approach. You’ll manage multiple workstreams, coordinate briefs and timelines, escalate risks early, and ensure outputs meet client expectations. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and experience in project coordination or account management are essential, along with confidence working with budgets, timelines, and workflow tools.
In-house legal marketing experience is essential for this role.
