- Industry event stands and sponsorships – carefully researched networking and sponsorship opportunities that will help you to build brand awareness and attract talent to your firm.
- Industry press – content-led contributions to relevant publications so that you get seen by candidates in the right places.
- Social media – a monthly schedule for the duration of the campaign that promotes your firm and vacancies.
- Law firm directories – for law firms specifically, specific entries into the Legal500 and/or Chambers Legal Directories that target the practice areas you are looking to recruit talent in (a paid entry helps to further raise your brand and your firms’ profile).
