Following an intensive three-stage judging process, the finalists for The Dynamic Awards 2026 have recently been announced.
Recognising outstanding female leadership across the South East, we are incredibly proud to share that Consortium has been shortlisted for both Medium Business of the Year and the Business Growth Award.
Widely regarded as the region’s leading awards programme celebrating businesswomen, The Dynamic Awards recognise those driving innovation, growth and excellence across every sector.
This year’s judging panel, made up of respected business leaders and industry experts, reviewed and scored each submission before conducting in-depth interviews with shortlisted entrants. Finalists were then confirmed following a detailed judges’ discussion.

Winners will be announced at a gala celebration on 26th March at The Grand Hotel Brighton. The evening will bring together leading businesswomen and decision makers from across the South East for a celebration of achievement, inspiration and connection.
